NPAC’s MainStage fall auditions for Hairspray JR. will be held on Saturday, August 13th (starting at 3pm) at the Naples Performing Arts Center.
You can’t stop the beat in this big and bold adaptation of the Tony Award-winning musical about one girl’s inspiring dream to dance and change the world. The 1950s are out, and change is in the air! Hairspray JR. is the family-friendly musical piled bouffant-high with laughter, romance and deliriously tuneful songs. Adapted from the Broadway production that won eight Tony Awards, including Best Musical, Hairspray JR. is a show that will celebrate your students’ diversity and bring audiences to their feet with its positive message and uproarious sense of humor. NPAC’s JuniorStage fall auditions for Seussical JR will be held on Monday, August 15th (starting at 3pm) at the Naples Performing Arts Center.
“Oh, the thinks you can think” when Dr. Seuss’ best-loved characters collide and cavort in an unforgettable musical caper! Transporting audiences from the Jungle of Nool to the Circus McGurkus, the Cat in the Hat narrates the story of Horton the Elephant, who discovers a speck of dust containing tiny people called the Whos.
