Intro to Acting/Scene Study
Fun and supportive, intro to acting and scene study is proven training that gets results. Using material from film and television, students will learn to bring their most imaginative, intuitive, and present selves to all their auditions and shows. Learn how to quickly break down a scene and use proper technique for stage and screen.

Acting Authentically: Techniques for Musical Theater

About Nick Puga
Nick has been working professionally in-front of and behind the camera in the entertainment industry for over 25 years. He’s starred in over 100 national & international television commercials, including several high-profile Super Bowl ads, guest-starred on many prime-time hit TV shows, voiced a variety of animated shows, produced a number of episodes of MTV’s Emmy Award-winning series True Life, and landed feature film acting credits that include Steven Spielberg’s The Terminal & Steven Soderburgh’s Ocean’s 13. Having been fortunate enough to work with Hollywood’s top film, TV, and commercial directors & producers, he’s excited to bring everything he’s learned of the past few decades to the students at Naples Performing Arts Center.
About Jessica Walck
Jessica Walck is a freelance director, actress and acting coach and enjoys sharing her passion for theatre. She recently served as the Performing Arts Education Director at Arts Bonita creating and cultivating a thriving theatre program and prior to that was the Associate Artistic Director of The Naples Players for 10 years. She privately instructs students in Southwest Florida and around the country for college auditions. She is a proud member of Stage Directors and Choreographers (SDC) and is a graduate of The Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre. She also serves as a faculty member at New England Music Camp for their Summer musical theatre intensive.
