Lori Oliver
Artistic Director & Founder
Lori Oliver is the Founder, President, and Producing Artistic Director of Naples Performing Arts Center. In 2012, she turned her lifelong love of the performing arts into a place where young people could receive exceptional training while developing confidence and finding a community where they belong. Growing up in Dayton, Ohio, Lori attended a school specializing in the performing arts and earned a bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences and Psychology from North Central University in Minneapolis. She has directed and produced hundreds of musical theatre productions at NPAC and throughout the community, and recently launched a new performing arts conservatory training program at Community School of Naples.
Lily Jano
Operations Director
Lily Jano is very honored to be a member of the NPAC community. She comes from a background of business administration with a passion for customer service. She loves helping improve the NPAC experience and watching students find community through the arts.
Jennifer Murray
Production Manager
Jennifer Murray holds a BFA in Design/Technical Theater from Syracuse University and has been working in the industry for over a decade. She has served as Costume Designer, Wardrobe Supervisor, Props Artisan, Development Coordinator, Event Coordinator, and Production Manager at various theater companies. She is excited to use her education and experience to help take NPAC to the next level.
Luke Oliver
School of Music and Media Production Director
Luke Oliver serves as the Director of the School of Music and Media Production at NPAC. A talented multi-instrumentalist and music educator proficient in saxophone, voice, guitar, and keys, Luke is currently studying music production at Berklee College of Music while pursuing saxophone performance at Florida Gulf Coast University. He recently spearheaded the opening of NPAC's new Creative Suite and Recording Studio.
Kristina Adamski
Director of Pulse Dance / Dance Instructor
Kristina Adamski comes to NPAC with a background in elementary education as a veteran studio owner, dance teacher, choreographer, and competition judge. She specializes in Tap, Acro, Ballet, and Jazz technique and is the creator of the Prima Dance Curriculum and the children's book "Today in Ballet." She is the founder of Pulse Dance, NPAC's dance program for students ages 2 and up.
Livy LaChance
Admin / Production Associate
Livy LaChance is a graduate of Gulf Coast High School with over seven years of experience in musical theatre. She has performed with NPAC since 2022 and finds great fulfillment in working behind the scenes as a Stage Manager. Livy values the sense of community and creativity that NPAC brings.
Janet Dacal
Vocal / Acting Instructor
Janet Dacal is an American actress, singer, and performer in musical theatre. She received the Drama Desk Award for her performance in the Broadway musical In the Heights, where she originated the role of Carla. She has performed on Broadway, Off-Broadway, and in national tours including The Band's Visit, and has appeared on television at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and The Today Show.
Dan Dickout, PhD., MMus.
Piano / Guitar / Viola / Violin / Vocal Instructor
Dan Dickout holds a PhD in Behavioral Life Skills Counseling and a Master of Music Degree from Boston University. He has taught violin, viola, piano, and voice for over 40 years and spent 12 years as a Conservatory of Music Instructor at Northern Lights College in British Columbia, Canada. He is known for his patience and quality results as a music teacher.
Dr. Steven Zvengrowski
Piano / Guitar Instructor
Dr. Steven Zvengrowski began his music interests at the High School of Music and Art in NYC. He holds a B.S. in music education from the Crane School of Music, an MM in music theory from Indiana University, and a Ph.D. in music education from Northwestern University. He is a senior professor and former associate dean at Hartwick College and enjoys teaching students of all ages at NPAC.
Michael Lee Brown
Vocal / Acting Instructor
Michael Lee Brown is a previous Evan Hansen from the six-time Tony Award and Grammy-winning musical Dear Evan Hansen on Broadway — and the first person ever to have performed all three male lead roles on Broadway. He has also performed Off-Broadway, in regional theater, and on television, and received an Emmy Award for his live performances with the Dear Evan Hansen company.
Allie Oliver
Creative Team and Vocal / Acting Instructor
With 15 years of vocal training and nearly 20 years of stage performance experience, Allie brings both passion and expertise to every lesson. Having trained with Broadway professionals and completed collegiate-level theater coursework, she holds a degree in elementary education. Allie also directs and choreographs the MiniStage productions at NPAC.
Casey Anderson
Guitar Instructor
Casey Anderson is a professional musician and dedicated educator with over 15 years of experience teaching music, coaching bands, and developing young musicians. A lifelong multi-instrumentalist, he has shared the stage with internationally recognized artists including Foreigner, The Toadies, and Drowning Pool. Casey brings real-world performance experience into his teaching, helping students develop technical skills, confidence, and their own musical identity.
Leah Anderson
Dance Instructor
Leah Anderson graduated from Braden River High School in 2019 and received "Choreographer of the Year" her senior year. She continued her passion for performing with The University of South Florida Winterguard Program and has taught dance workshops at multiple Tampa-area high schools and the University of Central Florida Winterguard Camp. Leah is excited to bring competitive dance to NPAC.
Robin Azzopardi
Projectionist and Admin Associate
Robin Azzopardi grew up in New York and started dancing at age 3, becoming a student dance teacher by age 12. She attended Southern Connecticut State University where she majored in Business Administration. Robin moved to Naples in 2008 and made her NPAC stage debut in the 2021 production of Godspell.
